At Boosty ("we", "our"), the privacy of your data is a top priority. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, especially data obtained through Google services.

2. Google data collection

Our application uses the Google Business Profile API to provide review management features. We collect the following data:

  • Business information: Name, identifier (Place ID), address, and coordinates of your Google business listings.
  • Reviews and replies: Full content of reviews received (text, rating, author name, profile photo) and replies you post.
  • Technical identifiers: Identifiers (reviewId, accountId) needed to interact with the Google API on your behalf.

Data source: This information is collected directly from your Google Account with your explicit consent when you connect.

3. Use and storage of data

Purpose of use

Google data is used exclusively to provide our SaaS service: aggregating your reviews, displaying statistics, and a centralized reply interface. We do not use your data to train unrelated generative AI models.

Non-sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or surveillance. Your data remains yours.

Retention

We retain your data while your account is active to ensure service continuity. If you delete your account or revoke Google API access, sensitive data is removed from our databases within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise.

4. Google compliance

Boosty's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Revoking access

You remain in full control of your data. You can revoke Boosty's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account security (section "Third-party apps with account access").
