By accessing and using the Boosty SaaS platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User responsibility

Content of replies

You are solely and fully responsible for the content of replies to reviews that you publish through our Service. Boosty acts as a technical intermediary and does not exercise prior editorial control over your content.

Compliance with Google rules

You formally agree to comply with all Google content policies when using our Service. It is strictly prohibited to publish content that is:

  • Illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or hateful.
  • Violating intellectual property rights or others' privacy.

3. Limitations and availability

Dependence on Google services

Our Service depends on the availability and performance of the Google Business Profile API. Boosty cannot be held responsible for interruptions, outages, latency, or policy changes imposed by Google that affect the operation of our Service.

Quotas and limits

Use of the Service is subject to Google API quotas and usage limits. Although we optimize our calls to avoid exceeding them, excessive or abusive use may result in temporary limitation of your access to certain features.

4. Suspension and termination

Boosty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice and without refund, in the event of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Non-compliance with Google content rules (e.g. posting spam or abusive content).
  • Attempted hacking or compromise of our platform's security.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
